Rapid prototyping and Minimum Viable Products are key when introducing a cool new tech product. It allows you to continuously gather info on customer interaction and product features when analysing its data.
Of course, it shouldn’t be some clunky app which drives away potential future customers, but it doesn’t have to be perfect either.
